At the foundation of the Executive MBA curriculum is the concept of systems thinking. Systems thinking equips leaders to think about the totality of the organization and its myriad internal interdependencies, as well as the dynamic external environment in which the organization operates. Systems thinking will challenge you to question basic assumptions about your organization and industry and, by doing so, you will begin to think differently about how to drive transformational change.
