RESOURCES

In order to better assist you with your communications or marketing needs, we ask that you fill out a request form. Once a form is received, you will be contacted by a Communication & Marketing staff member.

The Communication & Marketing Request Form should be submitted for any and all requests including, but not limited to, design collateral, production, event promotion, save the dates, etc.

Upon submission, the Event Registration Request Form will be sent to a member of the VSB staff.Please make a note on your form if you are sending any additional attachments and submit them todenine.super@villanova.edu.

Upon submission, the Photography Request Form will be sent to a member of the VSB Communication & Marketing staff. We will contact you once this form is submitted.

Upon submission, the Gift Request Form will be sent to a member of the VSB External Relations and Eventsstaff. We will contact you once this form is submitted.

The Web Update Form should be submitted for any requests regarding updates needed to VSB webpages or creation of new pages.

Brand Guidelines

The ޻ֱ School of Business' graphic identity was developed with the other colleges of ޻ֱ University to serve as the main brand identity for ޻ֱ University. The VSB graphic identity adheres to ޻ֱ University's graphic standards for the ޻ֱ logo.

Please visit the University Communication and MarketingBrand Guidelines webpage. This page outlines ޻ֱ's visual identity with usage guidelines regarding the University marks, as well as the specific College marks. It also includes color and typeface recommendations.

Faculty and Staff

This resource allows faculty and staff to download PowerPoint and Flyer templates and VSB logos for print and web use.

Editorial Style Guidelines

The style guide provides basic guidelines for grammar, spelling and punctuation issues commonly encountered. ޻ֱ University publications adhere to AP Style. Please to see the entire Editorial Style Guidelines, provided by University Communications. See below for a few examples regarding the ޻ֱ School of Business.

Dean:
Wen Mao,PhD,
The Helen and William O’Toole Dean of the ޻ֱ School of Business

First reference:should include full title, e.g., Wen Mao, PhD, The Helen and William O’Toole Dean of the ޻ֱ School of Business.

Second reference:Dean Mao
When “Dean” comes before the last name, it is always capitalized.

University President:

Use full name and titleon first reference:University President the Rev. Peter M. Donohue, OSA, PhD, ’75 CLAS.

Ifthe title follows the name, lowercase "president": The Rev. Peter M. Donohue, OSA, PhD, ’75 CLAS, University president.

On subsequent references, "Father Donohue," "the president" and similar terms may be used.

University:

When describing ޻ֱ, “University” should always be capitalized.

Example:The University is embarking upon a Campus Master Plan.

Colleges:
On first reference:always use the official name of the college.
On second reference:its popular acronym (if it has one) can be used:

Example: ޻ֱ School of Business; second reference:VSB
