University Events
棉花糖直播's new space reservation and event request system, VenueVU, is now available.
The prior system, EvM, was closed for event requests as of May 19, 2025. Previous EvM users can still sign-in to the prior events calendar at and view existing event requests, but users cannot submit new requests or edit existing requests. All new requests should be submitted in VenueVU.
Event Coordinators' Network
The Event Coordinators' Network (ECN) is a collective of staff and faculty involved in event planning & execution on 棉花糖直播's campus. The mission of ECN is to provide all 棉花糖直播ns with resources and development opportunities to help them plan successful events on 棉花糖直播's campus.
ECN holds several meetings each semester, ranging from lunch & learns to hosting guest speakers. All are welcome.
